Hudson Commercial, LLC

Josh Fox joined Hudson Commercial in 2011 as an Associate Broker, with prior experience in brokerage, development, construction, property management, and real estate consulting work.

While at Hudson, Josh has focused his efforts on net leased cash flowing investments, multifamily, and land brokerage. These efforts have opened up opportunities for investors and brokers who have been in the real estate business for decades, thus forming valued relationships that support his efforts not only in Chattanooga but nationwide. Josh regularly attends invitation-only marketing meetings where brokers and investors from all over the country come to buy, sell, and exchange hundreds of millions of dollar’s worth of real estate.

Josh graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Environmental Soil Science in 2001. From 2004 to 2010, Josh was President and CEO of Appalachian Soil, Inc., an environmental consulting company providing consulting services for construction and development of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. In 2008, Josh began his commercial real estate career on the side but through his successes brokerage has become his primary focus.

Josh currently sits as the vice president of the Southeastern TN CCIM Chapter, is a CCIM candidate after completing the extensive coursework, and is scheduled to sit for the final exam in 2013 to obtain his CCIM designation.

Josh and his wife Erica live in Chattanooga, TN. They are expecting their first child in July 2013. Josh enjoys spending his spare time hanging out with Erica and their two dogs, fishing, boating, hunting, golfing, and shooting sporting clays.
